Clubhouse/Pool Reservation Forms

To reserve the clubhouse for your party or meeting, please complete the FWRC Clubhouse Reservation Form. All reservations must be confirmed with our property management company, CAMS Property Management. Please contact them at 864-849-8161 (reservations ONLY) or [email protected]. 

Please read, complete and sign the FWRC Clubhouse Rules and Cleanup Checklist at the end of your rental. Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable deposit and lost rental privileges.

Pool party reservations must also be booked with CAMS Property Management, as well as Upstate Pool Management (864-688-1143) to ensure lifeguards are present. Please complete the FWRC Pool Rental Agreement and the Upstate Pool Management Pool Party Request Form to complete your party reservation.
