Pool Parties

All pool parties are managed by Upstate Pool Management Group. You must request a pool party through Upstate using the request form located on their website here. Upstate will then contact you to discuss the details of your party. Depending on the day, time, and number of attendees, you may be required to hire additional lifeguards. Upstate has the authority to accept or deny your party request if there are not enough lifeguards available. Each party will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the lifeguards going back to school in August, it is likely that any party requests in August will be denied by Upstate (suggestion: if your child has an August birthday, you may want to have their party in July to avoid any issues). In addition, please check the pool calendar to ensure there is not a swim team-related event during your planned party.

Furthermore, you must fill out the FWRC Pool Party Request Form and Waiver attached below. Party fees may apply (described on the form). The form and waiver must be signed and sent to CAMS, including any party fees.

The signed form and waiver should be emailed to Nye Robinson at [email protected] or mailed to CAMS at 10 Patewood Dr Suite 270, Greenville, SC 29615. For questions please contact Nye at 864-442-2328 (or general customer service at 877-672-2267).

If you show up at the pool with your party and your party has not been approved and paid for, your party will be asked to leave the pool.

All parties must be requested at least two weeks in advance.
