Clubhouse Reservations

To reserve the clubhouse for an event, please complete the FWRC Clubhouse Reservation Form attached below and email the form to both [email protected] and [email protected]. Rentals are confirmed by our property management company, CAMS Property Management, when both the form and payment are received. Please read, complete, and sign the FWRC Clubhouse Rules and Cleanup Checklist (page two of the attached form) at the end of your rental. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a non-refundable deposit and may result in lost rental privileges.

The renting homeowner must be present at the event. You may not rent the clubhouse for others if you are not at the event.
